When you submit a problem through our website or WhatsApp, we collect your problem description, WhatsApp number, and email address if provided. We also collect any additional information you share with us while we work on your problem.

We use your data solely to evaluate and respond to your submission. Your WhatsApp number is used only to contact you about your specific submission. We do not use your contact details for marketing, newsletters, or any other communication.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party. Your data is not used for advertising or passed to any marketing platform.

How long we keep it

Submissions and associated data are retained for 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, data is deleted. If your case involves sensitive business data, that data is deleted within 7 days of case closure.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing hello@aisaarthi.io. We will action your request within 7 days.

This policy is governed by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
